WE'RE CLIMBING THE WORLD'S TALLEST FREE-STANDING MOUNTAIN
AND PARAGLIDING FROM THE SUMMIT TO RAISE $40,000 NZD FOR
EMBOREET PRIMARY SCHOOL IN TANZANIA
Fly The Roof is the journey of four ordinary New Zealanders stepping outside of their comfort zones in a foreign continent to help those in need. The team of Harry, Ryan, Chris and Guido have begun a project that will see them learn how to paraglide, climb to the roof of Africa (Mt. Kilimanjaro), and in September 2019 paraglide from the summit with the core purpose of fundraising $40,000 NZD ($25,000 USD) via Wings of Kilimanjaro for the Emboreet primary school in Simanjiro, Tanzania.
Fly The Roof is also the name of a feature documentary film following our journey. Our story aims to show how four completely ordinary Kiwis can grasp a wildly bold idea and make it a reality with blood, sweat and tears. The passion to make the most of our lives and positively impact the world is the driving force for this journey.
This is where you come in. We need your support to raise our goal of at least $40,000 NZD. Every dollar helps, and even a small donation goes a long way. If you don’t have a dollar to spare, we urge you to share our story with those in your network who have a heart of gold and the means to help those in desperate need. Much love from the Fly The Roof team and thank you for joining us on our journey!
